FEAR AND PANIC

 IS VERY REAL

I use a distraction method to control my anxiety and panic when I'm out in public.

I create poetry in my head to distract my concentration away from any anxiety or panic.

I call this method (poetical scatterosis rhymoligy disorder syndrome.) lol, or Poetry Autism.

Distraction therapy can be any focus point your most comfortable with.

{ poetry, lyrics, puzzles, mathematical equations, lists) or any thoughts taking  focus and concentration.

 

All these poems have been created in the check out line of the grocery store

where I'm at my most vulnerable.
